US/ LEGAL SERVICES CORPORATION/ Rude,Bossy,Demanding WHEATON, Internet

     I have been received calls from the East Indian people for months stating that I owe them.  In July i received this call and paid via a cash loan from my company.  In hind sight I would not have been so easily fooled.  I paid $1400.00.
     This new caller is Peter Benson 323-786-8027, call from US Service Corporation and Legal Service Corporation.  He talks with a lisp and speaks very poor english.
He provided a Case File # SNM142L.  It must be an internal number because I can't find it anywhere.  The loan companies involved are "US Cash Advance and Cash Net USA".
     In speaking with this person it was rude and demanded that I listen and not speak until he was finished and when it was my turn to speak it interuded me, talk over me and would not listen or answer my question.  He kept saying the call was being recorded and that there were other people listening in on the call.  When I stated that if they are listen and you are being rude to me and to them for interuding me when I am speaking. 
     He wanted me to call him back in 2 hours to let them know what I wanted to do about the loan. I stated my paperwork was at home and I would need to review it before I made promise to anything it had to offer.  That I paid this loan and he had the wrong records and I would not be double paying this loan.  So if I was to be approached for arrest, it would be false arrest and he would be the one going to jail.
