What a HORRIBLE untrustworthy company!!! Arash Boudaghi has cost our company tens of thousands of dollars. I truly believe that he sits in his office and creates lists of FAKE LEADS. We entrusted US Marketing with providing leads for our company.
Almost EVERY SINGLE TIME Arash sent us leads (which we had to wait days for, in hindsight it was probably because he was created FAKE, FRAUDULENT lists) we received THOUSANDS of duplicate leads. We have lost SEVERAL great staff members because the were unable to make an income based on the fake, incorrect and just plain s***** leads this company provided.
Our lead manager (Tony) even gave Arash the opportunity (not sure why because i would have NEVER EVER trusted him again) to replace the s***** leads he sold us. He never responded. So now, I am taking to social media to DEMAND our money ($2,400).
I will continue to post on every social media sit available until our money is returned.
POTENTIAL CLIENTS DO NOT USE US MARKETING GROUPS SERVICES UNLESS YOU WANT TO DOOM YOUR COMPANY!!!!! The posting on Ripoff Report was made by an employee and never approved from the owner of the company. It was made out of frustration and things were blown out of proportion.
Since the date of the original posting we have been able to speak with the management at US Marketing Group and resolve the issue. We are extremely pleased with the resolution they offered and would like to apologize for the original posting. The company not only refunded our money but also provided us with a great replacement list.
