Warning! These are some of many companies that are associated with Capistrano Beach Funding and the US Financial Products. Take a look at Capistrano Beach Funding and US Financial Products rating of "F" on the Better Business Bureau site.

Capistrano Beach Funding is just one, of a seemingly endless number of interrelated companies that are constantly popping up and/or disappearing under related names. After being scammed by some of these companies, I finally filed a lawsuit against them when someone from US Advocate Law Group called me and represented himself as an "attorney" - he was not. I recently tried to return a call from someone at TLP Financial Services - it turns one that this was another unsolicited sales call from of Capistrano Beach Funding/US Financial Products' listed "companies" (it's impossible to tell which ones still exist and which ones do not, except that they seem to use many of the same phone numbers and/or addresses), in order to determine what address I needed to serve court documents to, I was finally able to speak with "Samantha" (who was reached by calling TLP Financial Services, was connected to US Financial Products) who literally told me to "F off" and slammed the phone down on me.

So far, I have been able to identify just one lawyer who works for "US Advocate Law Group" - Jeffrey Alan Nemerofsky (Jeff Nemerosfsky). Another name that pops up in relation to the plethora of companies that scam people is Mark Moss. It appears as if Moss may be one of the owners but that is still being researched.

Of these, FOUR (Capistrano Beach Funding Corporation, US Advocate Law Group, US Financial Products, and US Mortgage Modification) have ratings of F by the Better Business Bureau and the others are not listed. Before you do business with any of these, make sure you look at the BBB reports. Finally, one needs to question why the address listed for this "company" is:

This address is nothing more than a PO Box at the UPS Store in San Clemente.

Also, call the California Department of Real Estate which is conducting an investigation into this evil set of "companies" at this time.
