US National Bank On Behalf Of Cash Advance dispute resolution; courthouse of florida constant calls to phone re a falsified loan Internet

US NATIONAL BANK continuously calls phone stating that we will go to jail if we do not rectify a payday loan, in which we do not owe. They say they are from Florida and will be sending a warrant to my husband since we will not pay. They have very strong Indian accents and have American names. When I called back, on more than one occasion, I stated that I was an Atty. from Rhode Island. At that point many obscenities were blurted toward me and then I was hung up on. When I called today, after getting yet another threatening call, I proceeded to ask where I was calling and to whom I was speaking. The man on the phone, with heavy accent, answered me by asking "Why so many questions?" My response was that I was having them investigated by the FBI. At that time I was sworn at, again...These people do not give up...They insist we owe money but will not send proof of anything. When I contacted the atty general I was told to put myself on the do not call registry. I did that successfully but my husband cannot since he is being harassed by them through his work number.
