against CA and federal law, they scam victims out of upfront fees, then change the name of their company every three months. They started as 'merrill and warren', then became 'weston and wyatt', then 'us national legal solutions', and now 'national juris solutions'. They also change phone numbers, of course.

The owner is very short, about 5 foot three, which is why he is so angry perhaps. He settled a sexual harassment case out of court, and has a pending investigation against him by Irvine Police dept and California atty general.
