This all started yesterday 05/26/09 when I had a private call on my cell phone from a man with a strong indian accent who left a message stating that I owed a debt and my case was being tried the following morning and they would be coming to my door step to pick me up and take me to jail if I did not return their call.

I called them back a few minutes later and the man, still with an indian accent started screaming at me about me owing them money and how they were going to put me in jail if I didn't pay it. I asked him what it was regarding and he transferred me to a woman.

This woman also had a strong accent and said that she wanted me to pay her immediately or I would have a bad credit score and be put in jail. I asked her what it was about and she said an online pay day loan. I told her I had never done an online pay day loan, I had only done one locally. She then read me my entire social security number, my full name, email address and home address and said that I was a liar and I had done it or she wouldn't have all my information. I eventually hung up on her not understanding what was going on.

The following day 05/27/09 I received a call at my work from a man with an indian accent who once again said he was collecting debt and he was sending his attorney to get a warrant for my arrest. I asked him when I supposively took this loan and he said in May of 2008 and that the funds went into my SunTrust account in June (I really do bank with SunTrust!) I asked him where he was calling from and he said US National Pay Day Loans and that he was from the crime division department and that they were pressing three charges against me: money laundering, check fraud, falsifying information.
Once I asked for proof of this loan, he hung up and about ten minutes later a woman called me back and asked me why I would want to do this to myself and my credit and why I wouldn't just pay them and save the trouble and why was I a liar. I told her I wasn't and then she named two of my family members and asked me what they would think about this. I told her she was scamming and I hung up. They called me a total of 5 times at work that day.

then found this website and saw that this is not just me and that these people have some how hacked in to a system and retrieved personal information. It is very scary that these people have my social security number, phone number, work number, address, email address, full name and names of my family members! Please beware of this scam and watch out. They are very rude and unprofessional and just always go with your gut, do no allow them to pursuade you into something you feel isn't right!
