Started to receive harassing phone calls immediately after paying off an actual payday loan, taken from Integrity Advance. The calls came in to personal cell and work/office numbers. The caller had an Indian-type voice and continued to repeat harassing statements related to an outstanding payday loan with National Payday Loan Company. The caller stated that I must return his call immediately or else legal action would be taken.
The calls changed in the name of the caller from Jack Brown to Daniel Archer to David King. The numbers used were 1-323-207-7417, 1-941-961-8518 and 1-661-210-4685.
Upon the first call, the call was returned and the Indian-voiced person read off all of my personal information, including my SS# and email address.
At the end of the voice mails, which were left in several occasions, the caller stated at the end of the call "I wish you good luck in what is about to happen to you". And as well, the voice mails stated that "they would be coming to pick me up".

I was contacted by this people going by BCI working for National payday loans. The had a lot of threats to make towards me and would not provide any information on who this loan was from or anything. They stated i had funs put into my TCF account in 12 of 09 I told them that is impossible. I opened the account in 2010. So the changed the date to 1 of 2010. I told them that is impossibe because I didnt open the account intell 3 of 2010. After I stated that they changed the date to 4 of 2010. I demanded that they send me proff of this debt and they refused and said the police were on their way to my house. I told them good. When I was sick of having this conversation about how I need to pay or I was going to be sued and have to pay 10 to 20 times more then what was owed. I asked them what happens when I prove your wrong. They stated that I would recive 10 to 20 times what they were sueing me for. I said fine Im not going to pay for something I dont owe and I will see you in court. He hung up on me and then called me and stated " YOU WILL PAY US IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR LIFE." I said no Im not going to pay you take me to court with your fake company. He hung up agian and I cant get through enless I wait a couple hours or use a different phone. I reported this th the FTC
The number they used is 206-424-8457
Name they are calling themselves BCI Bureau of Crime Identification
They will make accusations that the work for The Washington State Department when you question them about the name.
