US National Post Associated with 1and1 Electronics Both Companies do NOT exist! Internet

I was scammed by 1and1 Electronics.com - a company that does NOT exist - appears to be affiliated with Best Buy and uses US National Post as their delivery service which also does NOT exist.

I purchased a TV through 1and1 and paid using PayPal.  I attempted to contact 1and1 via phone after several days when I received NO updated order information.  The phone number is disconnected.  I then tried to contact US National Post and their phone number does NOT accept calls.

I further investigated and found numerous complaints from other customers re: both businesses.  Neither one is a legitimate company.  I have also contacted Best Buy to let them know that they too are being scammed by 1and1 Electronics.  

Another poster filed a similar complaint against US National Post and 1and1 Electronics.  I sent the link to that complaint to the seller indicating that the seller is nothing but a scammer and received a response that I will get a refund in the next 30 days, which I doubt will ever happen.  If the company was legit, then why wouldn't the company defend itself when I accused them of scamming?  

I have since filed a complaint with Paypal and the BBB.
