We signed up for a $4,600 package. We were so proud. We even got a "free" Acer netbook.

Thereafter, we got NOTHING. Well, we got a website. And, no service, no return phone calls, no assistance, no supervisory personnel to reach out to, nothing.

Now, we've been with FatCow for some time. They're excellent in every regard and exceed our most hopeful expectations. Worth every penny.

If you're considering Online America . . . Be afraid. Be very afraid.
