I recently inquired to renew my passport.  I was led to this company and gave them all the information they needed.  After some confusion, I immediately contacted them to cancel the order as the website was elusive and did not make it obvious that this was an expedited only program.  I did not need an expedited passport and apologized for the mistake.  Long story short, they charged me $45 to cancel and would not attempt to rectify things.  So, $45 got me absolutely nothing.  Instead, I was belittled and talked down to over email.  It could be one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever encountered.  After doing some research, I realized this was not uncommon...they must make a fortune off taking advantage of others.
