US payday loans phone harrassment Internet

I never applied for a loan with US payday loan company but the company managed to try to take 34.95 out of my checking account. I caught it and stopped payment on a typewritten check from them. Because I did this it made the scam artist company owner, Michael, mad and he began to call me constantly, hundreds of times. He also threatened to kill me many times. I filed a police report and the police officer was even answering the phone to him telling him to stop calling me. I block his calls and he calls from another number. Now he called a collection agency and said I owe him for a payday loan. I filed a complaint with the FTC and called the Syracuse police department and a detective with the criminal division is looking into this. If you google this company name, there are hundreds of complaints. Their telephone number is 315-636-0312. He is threatening my life and now causing me other grief.
