US Prison Calls Jail Call Services Global Tel Link Fraudulant transactions Dallas Texas

On October 12, 2014, i erroneously signed up for what I thought was a Global Tel Link service to call someone in the California State Prison. I was however, connected to US Prison Calls (AKA Jail Call Services) and charged a $25 set up fee in addition to the "$70.58 (3 month service connection). I called the next day to cancel the order as the person incarcerated said they did not want to talk to me. When I called on 10/17/14, I was told "it was unusual to cancel under such short notice" and they would make an exception to give me the $25 "set up fee" in addition to my total charge. The "refund confirmation #5620498421". I was told this "would be issued within two weeks". I called again on 12/3/14 and was told by Mario "it would be issued by 12/10/14"...it is now, 12/11/14 and no sign of the refund. In addition, I changed my mind and tried to sign up for "Global Tel Link" because my friend who was incarcerated said they would be happy to talk so on 11/28/14, I signed up for the "annual payment of $124.95" Again, I called to cancel immediately and was told "it would be issued when I could talk with someone". No response with anyone that spoke English!
