 This site offers a property report for a $1.50. That gets them your credit card. They will start to quietly remove $20.00 a month for a membership fee, no invoice , no other communication or indication of an ongoing thing. I read every bit of the documentation provided on the web site. Nothing states that by signing up for one report gets you a lifetime membership. It's total crap what they are doing. When you call to complain, they apologize, tell you it's your fault, then refund only the last fee. I have read that demanding to speak to a manager gets you a bit more. I filed a report with BBB. The first contact from the company refunded 40.00 of the 100 bucks, and told me how magnanimous they have been. I told them that this was not acceptable. A day later, I received a full refund. File a complaint with BBB. What they do is so dishonest. It's obvious what their goal is.
