US Realty Deals Pty Ltd CEO John Palmer John has disappeared with $11,000 of my investment. He is no longer contactable and his company has disappeared as well.  Texas

I am Australian & US Realties is Australian based with compatriot John Palmer operating in US doing 'Rent to Buy' & also Tax Lien deals. I invested about two years ago & never received any official receipt, but had regular contact with John through his private y7 e-mail. I had to push to get any more information at end of year tax time & then only a hand typed e-mail came for my accountant.

US Realty Deals supposedly operated out of Arizona when I first invested, then shifted to Texas.

John then claimed to have both current Liens default & told me we had aquired the houses. The sell dates of these houses had been shifted foward from January 2014 to November 2013, then the contact started to get less & less with his e-mails, now he does not reply. As I have no other contact details (even an address) he appears to have vanished with my money. I was never shown a photograph or address of these apparent houses.

Subsequent investigations show he had a US website (which I am told US authorities took down), an Australian website still exists, but is a ghost with no contact details at all that work.

This company is registered with Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) which I have been in contact with.
