US Storage/Michael Lin Elderly/disabled Victim of broken verbal promises Hallandale Florida

Lost apt in July 2014 and rented storage unit for what I could salvage of belongings. Called in december and asked if I needed to leave in middle of month and pay for days used and told by Michael 'sure, no problem'. Paid for January and removed all but one item. Called on February 5th and said I would be coming in next day to pay for 5 days and could there be someone at facility to help me remove item. Told 'no', by Michael and I said I would come and bring someone to help me and pay the 5 days as I was led to believe in January that it would be ok. Things turned. He then said I would pay for whole month. I said no way I would come remove item anyway. He said No,  I would be locked out. I was! A month later he is sending me two month bill because he locked me out but did not empty unit so it could be rented to anyone else. He is a rip-off artist, strong-arming the unwary. He now harasses me via gmail and regular mail with threat of reporting to collection agency and credit bureau! An abusive jerk trying to make money for company. It's unconsciounable! Big Rip-off artist, shady company practices. .
