I ripped off on April 7,2015 Us Tech Support said the my security had been broken and us tech support that they came stop the security break and the price for this coverage is 229.00. have them my credit card information and they took it out my account. my laptop got damaged .the next day I called Kelly from US TECH SUPPORT and told her the my laptop was damaged and she said she was going to refund my money .until this day I have not received my refund she said this international transaction it doesn't take 3maths for a refund
