US Telecom, Inc. UST sent fraudulent invoice for Telecom Maintenance Agreement in the amount of $425. La Verne, California

We have received an invoice from US Telecom, Inc. in the amount of $425. The invoice states it is for "Telecom Maintenance Agreement". We DO NOT nor have ever had any dealings or communications withthis California-based company. We are located in the Midwest and all of our telecomunication companies that we deal with are based closer to our location.

Furthermore, we are a corporation that owns 30 healthcare facilities in this state and we have received the same invoice to a few of our facilities none of which associate with this company.
