US Telecom's invoice looks potentially legitimate, as if a maintenance agreement is already in place and they are simply billing you for it. No where does it say it is soliciting your business. We already had our equipment covered under a different vendor, so that was the first tip-off this was a fraudulent scam. A bunch of contractual terms and conditions are listed on the the back of the "invoice" which enhance the semblance of legitimacy.
