Ava’s Flowers is a Total Scam – Took My Money, No Flowers, No Refund, and No Customer Service Wilmington DE

I ordered flowers from Ava’s Flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered to my mom in Chandler, Arizona. The website showed the date was available and charged my card immediately. Then, HOURS later — on Saturday, May 11th (the day before Mother’s Day) — they emailed saying they couldn’t deliver until May 13th. Why even accept the order?

I tried to cancel immediately, but their customer service is completely fake. The number loops you through automated messages with NO live representative. I couldn’t get through to anyone, couldn’t cancel, and now I’m out the money.

They claimed they refunded me, but I have not received the money. I didn’t have enough funds left to place a new order elsewhere, so my mom got NOTHING for Mother’s Day. I was devastated and felt helpless.

After this happened, I looked up the company and found countless complaints just like mine — people being misled, charged, and never receiving the flowers or a refund. Ava’s Flowers is running a predatory, deceptive scam and needs to be shut down. Do NOT trust this company. They should be held accountable.
