Avas Flowers No Help! Mahwah New Jersey

I ordered from Avas thinking they were local to Palm Bay, Florida. They offered to deliver my flowers the same day. I received a call later that evening telling me they weren’t satisfied with the freshness of the flowers. They offered to deliver them the next morning. They said they had checked with Palm Bay Hospital and she would be there until the next day.

I talked to my cousin the following day at 4pm and I asked her how she liked her flowers. She told me she hadn’t gotten them and she was headed for rehab. I called Avas Customer service and inquired about the flower delivery. I was put on hold and after 10 minutes the phone disconnected. My second call ended the same way.

I called a third time and the guy said they had been delivered. My cousin was in rehab at that point. I later found the delivery did not occur until 5pm. Avas offered no help getting the flowers to my cousin. I had to call an Uber to pick them up and deliver them to the rehab facility. I will never order from Avas Flowers again!
