I signed up for a one year advertisement with US Unions, complete with a 100% Money-Back Unconditional Guarantee. They did not provide anything that they promised, and at the end of the one year peried, I requested, in writing, my refund. I even kept all the original emails, which I forwarded to them as proof.
After several requests via email and phone, I received NO response. I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau's website, and big shock... and "F" rating! (just go and type in US Unions)
They have stolen my hard earned money (as well as many others) and now won't honor their own Money-Back Guarantee. Shame on this company!
