Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I received a call from a person who said his name was "Al Smith," trying to lure me into paying a one-time marketing fee of $987.00 in exchange of potential timeshare buyers. He said he is from US Vacation and have a line of prospective timeshare buyers. BEWARE!! in my opinion this company targets on older people who are very vulnerable. If you hear from this company, just hang up. Don't give your credit card over the phone.

I went through a horrible experience with this resort, and I'm out of three thousand dollars right now BUT I'm in a process to cancel my timeshare.

We got a call from this company of Florida. They had buyers ready to buy our Royal Elite timeshare. We paid an upfront fee of $598 expecting to hear in the next day or so that our timeshare had been sold. So far, we have not received on phone call back. When we call them, they are not available to talk. Please check out these "people" thoroughly before giving them any money. They are very convincing. There should be a law that the money should be returned since they represented themselves in so many ways

Bottom line, this company no matter what name they are using this week, has sold NO TIMESHARES EVER! They are not in the business of selling timeshares. They are in the business to ADVERTISE your timeshare, period. As far as advertising goes, it sucks. THey have a website. Big deal. Find a broker to sell your timeshare and agree on a price up front and don't pay until they sell it. US Vacations has lots of great sounding claims, but it's all lies. I quit after seeing the state investigators there several times and hauling people off in cuffs.
