And so in December, 2008, Anthony Musco and Patrick Scully, of Pinellas County, FL, both with long arrest records are still swindling people out of their money d/b/a US Vacation. Like previously reported on Ripoff Report in 2004 I also agreed to let US Vacation send me a contract to review for the purpose of that company marketing my timeshares. I received a cold call on a National Do Not Call Registry listed phone, but that wasn't enough to hang up.

I was also foolish enough to give them my credit card number to put on the contract. Naturally, the card was charged immediately. Within a few hours I had researched the company, and my suspicions grew. I called, faxed and emailed them that I was not interested in pursuing an agreement, but it was too late. Even though they had not even posted an advertisement on their website, they kept the money and refuse to give it back.

Spread the Word!! Don't let these crooks continue to get away with their schemes!!

The Job Got Done For me

AUTHOR: Mr. Renaldo - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 14, 2009

I have used this company to rent my wyndham points for 3 years in a row now. They have helped me when I could not use my points. I was shocked to see that the gentlemen you named had lengthy arrest records, I could not find any evidence of this anywhere on the internet and I work in law enforcement and have access to many databases.

This company provided me with their license numbers which were verified through the state of Florida before I did business with them. I was assured by The State of Florida that they would not be able to have a license if they were involved in any fraud or misgivings what so ever.

I am happy that when I cant use all of my points, these folks are always able to help me.

I dont know whether you have confirmed availability or what your situation was.is, but US Vacation knows what they are doing. Im no lawyer but I am in law enforcement and I think the claims you've laid against these individuals is a bit on the slanderous or maybe even lible side of things.

Im going to call them tomorrow to notify them of what is written here and see what they have to say. I hope they rebuttal or ask you provide proof of wrong doing. I think you should provide some proof that they did something wrong or did you just change your mind and have buyers remorse? There is a difference in having something done wrong to you and expecting justice, but to lie about somebody in print is over stepping the lines in my opinion.

I hope you are not guilty of this and I appreciate all of the help Mr. Musco has given to me.
