U.S. Websitebuilder Cancell? you never cancelled Van Nuys California

I had a Website done by US Website builder. It cost over $500.00 and looks like a cheap template job. I paid them $49.95 for a few months, decided to cancel their service. I felt it was over priced and useless.

I have cancelled it 3 times now, and they keep trying to collect the $49.95 a month. I had my credit card company cut them off, so now they have some hard to understand and agravating person call me every so often for money.

Everyone I have talked to there sounds like they have a mouth full of marbles with some strange accent and are hard for me to understand.

They seem to think that if the website they made for me is up, I owe them money.

I don't want their website, have told them so many times over the phone and have mailed in cancelation notices that they ignore.

I will not pay them anymore.
