USA AUTO/RED MOUNTAIN FUNDING INC COMPLETE FRAUD Mesa Arizona

Much the same as I have already in here. Can you say sucker??? Yes, I had my car repoed as soon as I walked out of work yesterday. My payments were completely current and my insurance had just changed from the crappy one i was "issued" upon agreement of the car loan until I went with Nationwide in May. There was not a justifiable reason for my car to have been removed from my possession. Upon calling USA Auto, I was told my account was now in the hands of Red Mountain unbeknownst to me as I have always made my payments biweekely directly to USA Auto. I will refer to Red Mountain as USA Autos repo company bevcause it is. They were impossible to deal with and I had been piecemealed info all day long today on what its going to take to get my car back. Red Mountain states I was 2 payments behind. I was never behind. They said I had no insurance, my proof was in the glove box. I called USA Auto back and asked this be straightened out. All I heard was sorry so sorry. Today much the same other than nationwide not having my routing number and cancelling my insurance 9 days prior unbeknownst to me and purchasing a nw policy this am , again not justifying why my car was still out of my possession. I finally called Red Mountian myself and now they say I can "split" the repo charge with USA Auto. Umm NO. Also I owe for June. Um no my payment is not due until next weekj as it has always fell on my pay dates. Lyies lies and more lies. Thank God I keep reciepts, but now Red Mountain claims I am not getting the car back. I have tols USA Auto I will be down and will cause a scene. I also have the address of Red Mountain and will call the police as an escort to pick up my vehicle as I will take matters into my own hands while I contact attorneys. Yes this is a scam as unotunelty, found out too late. I jst hope AZ laws are up to standard as the rest of the world to protect thier citizens! Avoid USA Auto at all costs.
