USA BENEFITS ,INTERSTATE NET BANK took money out of my bank unauthorized, 3- times. Internet

Hello, USA Benefits have pulled (3) unauthorized amounts of $19.95 out of my account. I am glad that I caught it, I balanced my check book, and something was wrong, I phoned the bank, I spoke the a customer service clerk, she gave me a phone number for Interstate Net Bank, 856-675-6161. I phoned Interstate Net Bank, and was told that they could give me a number, but could not tell me what this company does, she gave me the phone number to USA Benefits, 800-809-5976 and 800-809-5986.

After going through all this trouble, I did a search online for USA Benefits. I spoke with a David at USA Benefits, I could not get a last name, in reference to this matter. I explained my problem and told him that this was unauthorized and tried to find out what type of company this was and how they recieved my personal information.

David told me that if I did not despuite, that they would put the money back in my account, but if I did despuite, I would not get a refund. He gave me a confirmation number 708230. I also contacted my bank and they are working with me and suggested that I close my account, and re-open another. THANK YOU! & PLEASE STOP THIS COMPANY FROM STEALING.
