USA Capital Took my $1,500 and never heard from them again. RIPOFFS! Newcastle Oklahoma

They said that I was approved for a business line of credit up tp $500,000. I talked to Bill Holiday and even with my past BK it could be done. When I first talked to him he said there was no up front fees. Then when I received the faxed pre-approval letter they asked for $1,500. I called Bill Holiday back and he said that so many of his clients had not taken the loans after he had gotten them so he need this money for processing and consulting to defray expenses incurred.

I hesitated for a few days and Bill called me back up and said that if it would make me more comfortable that he would refund the money if USA Capital was unsuccessful in obtaining my credit line/loan. The next day I wired him the money in his Bank of the West account#412000192. ABA#121100782.Capital Holdings Inc.


A few days later I did get an e-mail from one of his assistance,Mandy Parrish asking for me to purchase my credit score from MyFico.com. I was then required within 24 hours to send her the password and login #'s for my account. I also had to fax over to them all my business info. From this day forward I haven't heard from any of them. I've send e-mails,faxes, and phone calls and nobody calls back ever! Another one of his workers names is Lenzie.

This company is riping the public off big time. Why isn't the BBB of OK investigating this company. DON'T SEND THEM ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! JUST DON'T! No class action suit either?
