USA Cash Loan Services Daniel Cruz and Billy Turner USA cash loan services is not legit should be called USA scam services Toledo Ohio

I received a call from a man with a Middle East accident named Daniel Cruz with USA cash loan services informing me that I had been approve for a $6,000.00 Cash loan. Normally I would have just hung up the phone but earlier that day I was online inquiring about a loan which I have successfully received other loans from other online loan companies before. I was told that all I had to do was go to Walmart and get a moneypak card for $332.00 which was the amount of the first payment to ensure the company that I would be able to make the monthly loan payments. After doing so I called Daniel Cruz to give him the information on the Moneypak that he claimed he needed in order to receive the loan. Once giving the information Daniel Cruz promised me that the funds from the loan would be deposited and available to my bank account in as soon as 5 minutes but no more then 20 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting the funds were still not deposited in my account so I called USA cash loan company and talked to Daniel Cruz asking why the funds were not deposited in my account yet. Daniel Cruz then told me that   I needed to insure the loan through the lender incase I was unable to make a payment on time the loan would be insured and the payment would be covered which would cost me another $200.00 at that point I became very suspicious of this being a scam I asked Daniel if he took the money off of my moneypak card he ignored the question. I mentioned I was just going to get my money back from the moneypak card Daniel informed me that I could not because it was non refundable so I just told Daniel Cruz that I would not be able to insure it until the next day. When Daniel Cruz called me the next morning at 8:00am central time I did not answer he repeadtly called me over and over he called I would not answer and he would hang up and call right back for about two hours. My wife and I realized then this had to be some sort of scam because professional companies do not call hang up call back so finally my wife answered and told Daniel Cruz that I was asleep and to stop calling my phone over and over again. Daniel Cruz waited about 20 minutes and started calling again I finally had to turn my phone off. I called to check the balance on my moneypak card to see if he had taken the $332.00 and just as I suspected he did. And I want my $332.00 back
