USA Credit Claim I owe delinquent balance Uniontown Pennsylvania

I recieved a letter in the mail stating I am being turned over to the legal department of USA Credit for the delinquent amount of $1,381.72.  I have never done business with USA Credit.  They provided no forms or documentation explaining the this bill.  They ask for a bank draft or a credit card number to resolve the matter.  Who in their right mind pays a bill without seeing a statement of what they are paying for.  Not me,  I am reporting this to advise anyone who recieves a letter similar to this to think hard before making a payment to any one who sends a letter without showing any documentation of the debt.  Thanks for reading.
