Maria DeAngelo is a con woman.  She has set up an elaborate scheme which consists of several websites where she advertises here company as a real time mortgage lead provider.  How she has gotten her sites to show up on the first few page of Google is still a mystery (it is all through natural search).  She then leads people through her 800 number (I think it is Ring Central) .  The phone calls are then routed to her, and if she decides to pick up she will be very convincing and is very low key. 

The hook she uses is that she appeals to the cost of each campaign and because you feel like she really knows what she is doing you think you’re going to get a great deal.  Then she hooks you, gets your money, and then stops returning your calls.  No leads will ever come, nor will you ever see your money again. 

She will tell you everything you need to hear, and you will feel very comfortable until its times for the campaign to begin. 

This is a complete scam operation.

She will do anything she can to make you feel 100% comfortable, and then will disappear. 

1. Red Flag #1, she is the only one that ever answers. 
2. Red Flag #2, she says they have been doing this since 1996, but the URL says 2014. 
3. Red Flag #3 is there is NO real company to track. 
4. Red Flag #4 is that she would not give any referrals as she says it is a privacy thing.  You will be extremely happy with the lead quality and quantities they provide.  All of which are pure crap. 
5. Red Flag #5 she is very good in providing information about lead types, distribution, etc.... which make you want to believe her abilities

No live leads ever received, she is a rotten liar and should be in prison.  So Maria (or whatever your real name is), when you read this if that is your real name.  You will only go so far in life when you deceive people.  Then to take their money and disappear, well we shall see how it all ends up.  As we have some very powerful people in the banking world who track this stuff.

Will be going to the Bank of America tomorrow and filling a Fraud Complaint against your account and reporting this to the AG’s office as well.
