Our daughter and son-in-law had their first child. They both are avid golfers so for his first Father's Day we got him personalized golfballs with our grandson's name on them. In order for him to display one of them in the grandson's bedroom. we purhcased a golfball display case from USA DisplayCase Co. The initial cost of the case was $27.50 and after handling and postage the total came to $46.90. What we were expecting was not all what we received. First, it was packed in a used box and cushioned with a deflated air bag and torn pieces of cardboard stuffed around it. The box was wrapped in black plastic that apparently was wrapped around something they had delivered to them. The original address label was blacked out and our address label attached to it. The case was nothing more than a plastic clear box with a removable top. The base was the cheapest wood I have ever seen. What was supposed to look like grass on a golf green, was nothing more than a picture of grass on a piece of paper. We tried to contact the company to no avail until we finaly got fed up and sent it back. It appeared we waited to long, according to their  Sales Rep. We receive an email that states "all returns must be sent insured (which there was no indication it was sent to us insured) and received by us within 10 days rrom the date you received the merchandice, have a 30% resotciking charge and are less packaging, processing and postage charge," so, that would give is a $19.25 refund on a purchase totally $46.90. Along with that it stated "before returning yopu must request and receive a RA #, Return Authorization Number. If we were able to get in contact with the company within the 10 days we would have been able to get the RA

USA Display Case is a shady, reip-off operation as far as we are concerned. The deception was obvious and the case what a cheap piece of junk. I made the mistake of not searching for existing complaints about this company, which I have since found are numerous. Just as a curiousity, I looked up the address on Google maps,. not to my surprise it is not a business location bit a single family home. We are going to bite the bullet with this so we no long have to deal with this or USA Display Case company. We recommend that you do not do business with them for we can pretty much guarantee you are going to be adding compalaints to this site just as wel have. We have gone elswhere to the display case that we need.
