I spoke Dana; she made feel that I could trust here, she has Sam come out for in home quote. I have received quotes from other major companies such as Bekins and Mayflower. That bet USA Express movers, Sam betted the price, so my husband and excepted. Both Dana and Sam stated that move should take 7no longer then 10 days. I advised Dana that we are looking to ship is a car. Dana stated that they dont provide that service, however she recommend and provide a referral to Able Auto Transport. Dana help with set up, we sign the contract on 03/16 and my husbands car was to be picked up on 03/18. It seems after we sign the deal Dana was no longer in the picture. The Car people came three days late and my husband had to drive to empty parking lot at midnight to deliver the car, we paid 925 for the crappy service. When I email Dana to ask is this is reflection on their company or what to come know answer from her. Sam insured us everything will be good. Driver did come on the day that they stated. Driver was friendly. Very nice, and told three and me other people that day that the furniture should be there following Tuesday. They came 03/28/2011. So when April 4 came around I call to check up on my furniture status, spoke Jennifer, advised her of way\hat driver stated, how they drive 900 miles a day and it will be here by 4/5/2011. She stated that her driver would never say that, and became very defensive. I ask when are furniture will here stated that it will be on 04/10-04/11, I made plans for family and friends to help. I recievd a phone call today stated that are furniture will be on delivered now on Monday or Tuesday of next week on the 14 day. Jennifer was rude when ask to speak to a supervisor stated that they wont be able to move process faster, would not allow me to hold for a superior either, kept passing through a voicemail. Dana finally got to phone with an awful tone, being very defensive. Stated to look at my contract, even though I had verbal confirmation from three of her employee when my furniture will arrive. The thing is she was defensive as well. She didnt offer in asstant in anyway, no discount, no real remorse. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will go to the BBB. After they sale to you, you are of no importance to them. Im still waiting
