USA Express Moving & Storage A nightmare I don't wish on anyone Bristol, Pennsylvania

Your company, (Moving Box Rentals ) referred my husband & I to USA Express Moving in July when we came in to buy some moving supplies. We will never use a moving company again from this horrible experience. Dana Crosson @ USA Express Moving was so sweet & helpful in the beginning. Once we got in her clutches all the sweetness & helping us went away.

Originally Dana had told us that she would beat or match a competitor's estimate. We were going to go with Mayflower & we mentioned to Dana how much the estimate was. My husband emailed her the estimate. That never happened after we decided to go with them. Then Dana wanted $300.00 deposit. She did not tell us about the deposit until after we decided to go with the Company. My husband & I also told Dana that we would not have a place to live once we arrived in Austin, Texas. Dana informed me that they would keep our belongings for 3-weeks at no charge. She also said that once we find a place to live to call her & she would get our belongings to us in a couple of days. The movers also said the very same thing. I told Dana that we had to find a place in a week cause the hotel was going to cost us a lot of $$$$.

Then on the 1st of Aug. 2009 the movers came to pick up our household goods. "They were Johnny on the spot." The movers were unaware that we did not have a delivery destination, so we had to tell them the whole story. The movers left & we left the following day to Austin. We found a house on the 9th of Aug. 2009. I called Dana the 10th of Aug. 2009 & told her we had found a house & have the movers deliver our belongings. She said that it would PROBABLY be in a week. I mentioned to Dana what she mentioned about a 2 day delivery once I called her. She denied that she told us that & also matching Mayflowers estimate.

So after one delay after another we finally got our belongings on the 27th of Aug. 2009 but only to give the movers $120.00 cash for a long carry. They would not come down our driveway even though my husband & I measured & double checked that they would be able to come down the driveway. I also noticed the movers had 2 boxes on top of a fragile box. I told them but 1 mover could not understand me. He was from the country Georgia & so was the driver.

Then after the movers left my husband & I started looking at our furniture & noticed damages. The refrigerator, box refrigerator, couch, coffee table, dresser, knobs on washer broken, handle on the barbecue grill broken. So far I have not found anything broken in the fragile boxes. I know why too. I packed everything to make sure nothing would break. This USA Express Moving has many complaints with the BBB. I looked them up after the fact. They have 43 complaints in the past 3 years & 8 complaints in the past 6 months. Please do not refer them to anymore consumers. I don't want them to go through what we went through with them. A nightmare I will never forget.
