Usa financial resources Jeff Miller Grants.gov Scam Texas Texas

I received a call from 1682 552 7070 today March 21,2015 regarding USA financial resources and his name was claimed to be Jeff Miller. He said that I am qualin for a financial grant from the government for school or personal use. He said my application is ready and all I have to pay is 3.87 for application fee. I lied to Jeff saying I don't have a card that I would have to go to Walmart to get one and that I will call him back. 

Well, I done some research on the company to see if it was a scam and I knew it would be because our government will never give money away. So I didn't make no payment and I didn't get ripped off. So before you say I have a card, tell them you only have cash. Tell them a lie saying you are going to get a Walmart card to put the money on it that you will call them back. Do your research! Write down the company name, phone number, and the name of the person that called you.

I looked up the company's name and put scam after the company name and I found out its a rip off. Don't give anyone your information with out doing your research. The number he told me to call is 801-770-0166. Plus, listen to their accent, it should answer all your questions. Do you think the government will have a person that can hardly speak clear English? Just be careful because nothing is free.
