USA Legal Resources Duped and ripped off by them never received "the email " cancelled and found multiple charges on my card! Internet

My first contact resulted from an internet search for attorneys specializing in a specific arena.  The first gentleman was ecstatic that I was really in need of this speciality attorney and promised an email to my inbox shortly after the call. This was Friday and by Monday I knew it wasn't coming so I called the initial number back and spoke to a very rude and abrupt man who told me that since I was during the trial time I needed to call member services and would NEVER need to call their main number again!!! Monday afternoon I called to cancel received a confirmation number just in case, yeah right.  My next discovery was that my account was charged multiple times and now I have to wait until Monday to call and give them a chance to make it right! My bank didn't seem to think it would end there so explained how to get the dispute process started for fraudulent charges.  I didn't give them a blank check or I'd be screwed, luckily we have laws and regulations that help us recover the money eventually!!!!! What a joke, exploiting people already stressed and in need of an attorney to begin with!!! They are taking money for searching just like I could have but claiming these attorneys are in some way affiliated with them and their "membership"  What a joke and if it isn't hard enough to find a good trustworthy attorney as it is!!!!  The attorney general's office should have put a stop to this when it started!! Consumers are now on their own when it comes to consumers rights and finding recourse for this type of ripoff.
