USA Marketing Insurance Leads ripoff fraudulent no real annuity appointments set dishonest scam telemarketing Sherman Oaks California

Do NOT do business with USA Marketing Insurance Leads. I lost $1,600. They demanded payment upfront for 50 preset appointments and even in the contract I signed it said they would give me 1-2 appoinments per day.

The appointments they set are bogus. Every appointment they sent me to had a problem. Two weren't home (and one of their phone numbers was temporarily disconnected), a neighbor told me there were up North for a month (so how did they make an appointment?). Others said they spoke to someone but were only told that I would contact them, and that they were sure that no appointment had been set with them.

One guy barely spoke english, I got someone to call him back who spoke his language to find out what happened and found out that when the appointment setter called, he said he did not want an appointment, and even his son came on the phone who speaks english and told the appointment setting the same thing - that his dad is not interested. Yet somehow I was still called by one of USA Marketing Insurance Leads's appointment setters and told to go there at 3pm the following day.

The company's warranty is that they replace any bad appointments, but of course if all the appointments are bad than what good does it do?

Eventually I had enough and asked for a refund since they have not been able to get me one valid appointment in 3 weeks.

They refused the refund (they wanted to keep trying to get me appointments). I demanded a refund, asked to speak to the owner (who was conveniently always busy or not there).

I found the owner's cell phone number at the BBB listing and reached him, he wasn't of any help either. No one returns my calls or emails now and so I have not received any money back from them at all.

Before I sent them money I looked them up at the BBB and at the time they had an "A" rating. But since then there are about 4 other people who have also complained with similar problems and they now have an "F" rating.
