As a physician I have worn a pager for years. This company will not resolve any issues. They will not get a supervisor. Their pagers are not reliable. They blame the manufacturer. Every 4-6 months they go bad. Error on pager cannot be explained by any service member. I am confident they tamper with the pager at their end. A rep last year stated that many accounts get these errors. He implied that "we could just charge an annual fee". Prior to the pager not working for the third consecutive year, you can track and can predict when the pager will be shut off. The fees for a new pager today was 39.00 dollars from James ID#791688.
Last year I was charged 62.31 plus 7.97 shipping. Don't be fooled by the 10.00 a month fee as I have paid $225.00 in sending pagers back that have no written agreement on it's warrenty. Beware of the their foul play and error code DECODER ERR. This pager after paying $70.26 only lasted 4 months and guess what? DECODER ERR.
