This company is a joke and should be shut down immediately, they do not attempt to help you sell your vehicle, only take your money and thats it.
I see that I am not the only one that has fallen victim to this scam of a company. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company and am only told that a "Supervisor" will be calling me back, 5 times I was told someone would be calling me back, I have yet to hear back.
They call you up after they see your ad in Autotrader and solicit you to put your vehicle on their site, promising that they will market it all around your area and the country using various marketing methods including; websites, search engines, print ads, etc., etc... I have used all search engines and my car that was listed does not show up anywhere other than their site which is not promoted ANYWHERE!!! In addition the Sales Representative tells you if your car fails to sell within 3 months they will refund your money back. Lies, lies, lies.....
If anyone has used this company we need to proceed with action against them and shut them down. When I first placed my ad there was only 40 vehicles signed up, now they have over 1000, so there must be more people in the same situation.

We help our clients sell their vehicles through Multiple websites, directing buyers to get loans/financing, shipping and extended warranties. We have a full-time customer service staff to answer inquiries from Monday through Friday 9a.m.-5:30p.m. pacific standard time. I do apologize, that on some rare instances that some inbound calls cannot all be answered immediately, however, our staff will get back to each call / message as soon as possible. We receive plenty of calls from interested buyers and many that need help financing, shipping quotes, specific warranty plans and it goes on. We basically do the leg work and weed out all non-serious inquiries. We do not call our clients for unlees we encounter a Serious Buyer.
A Seroius Buyer would be somebody that has been approved for financing, a person that would like to make arrangements to have the vehicle shipped or similar such inquiries.
In regards to promotion: of course we are promoting ourselves as we are exposed on the internet. We might not be around as long as Autotrader or other such veteran companies out there, but we are constantly promoting ourselves through various events. We are being advertised through the financial lenders, shipping and warranty companies, other websites and even sponsoring various events.
In regards to a money back guarantee: We do not offer any refunds as we are an advertising company that provides service immediately through advertising. Our guarantee is to advertise / provide service to our client until the car is sold. Now how is that a rip-off? I have no idea where that money back guarantee is coming from. Even on the Homepage of our website, there is a 'terms and conditions' tab that completely states our policies.
We have done nothing wrong! We are here to help and we offer much more services than other advertising companies out there. Not to mention, we have better prices! We are just another option other than the tradtional 'older' advertising companies out there that do not always have success finding buyers for their customers.
