I am filing this after months of attempting to resolve this issue with the company.
I was contacted by sure sell autos on 7/24/09 in response to a craigslist add I placed to sell my car. The salesman said they could advertise my car on the internet and get a better price because they provided financing. People would pay more if they could finance the car. I was told my car would be advertised on several search engines and websites and best of all for $499. I could get the GOLD Package which would be the quickest way to sell my car because it would be listed on EBAY.
My car was never listed on EBAY, the search engines were search engines to nowhere. The information was inputted incorrectly. It took forever to get it changed.
I have been calling every week for two months to get a refund.
It is Sept. 30 and my car is still for sale. Do not do business with these people. You will lose your money and you will not sell your car.
