USA Pocket Bikes.Com BBB rating is an F! I should have checked these guys out first. Complete ripoff Glendora California

Don't be fooled by their lies on their website. They claim, and I quote:

"Our mission is to provide you with great products and exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. We pride ourselves in bringing you the best products, along with the best service, at the best prices available. With that in mind, it is our intention to bring you exciting products that, with minimal care, will last a lifetime and bring you and your loved ones much enjoyment."

Well, our enjoyment lasted all of 2 hours at best, the very first day we received it, before the pull string broke to start it and the throttle casing, which is of course plastic, cracked. My 13 year old son worked hard and saved his money to buy this piece of junk, that we finally said he could have, and this is what he gets. I emailed them explaining the problem and expected them to honor their 30 day warranty, but I cannot even get a response. I got some email response with my ticket details listed as being closed and that was it. No signature from anyone in it or anything. It's a complete joke and waste of time, but now my poor son is out $250+

Come to find out there are several complaints against this company on the BBB, 74 I think, all with similar issues leaving them with a rating of F. The company listed on my CC is Arrow Motorsports, LLC, but they do not have a valid email address or website, and yet their BBB rating is a BBB. I would think this entity needs to be responsible as well since they are processing the payments. All I want is justice and my money back, as I'm sure others do as well. There has to be a way that if enough people come together against these scam artists that something legally can be done against them. They need to be driven out of business so others will not fall into their fraudulent trap. If anyone knows what steps can be taken to get such a process started, please respond.
