I'm a 71 year old widow that lives alone and I feel like I've been taken advantage of by this company. I called them in October 2012 to clean my duct work. When they arrived they were not at all friendly and made me feel uneasy. I live in a small house and have furniture blocking almost all of my furniture. When I saw them only cleaning the ones that weren't blocked I asked them about it, they were very rude and said those would be cleaned from downstairs. It didn't make any sense to me but was afraid to speak about it anymore. When my son came over later that week and moved the furniture away from the walls the registers were just packed with dust. I had the duct work cleaned because of the dust I was having now it's worse than ever, you get what you pay for. This company hasn't been in business long and hopefully won't be much longer.

First our company is a member of BBB (Better Business Bureau) with an excellent A Rating and no complains. Second, our Company does take care of our customers with great respect and service. As part of our consumer satisfaction we do guarantee all our work and the technicians are highly skilled and well knowledge of the work we do. After months of investigation contacting thousands of the jobs that were completed no one of our customers had said anything like this. In fact 100% of our customers that we have serviced before are repeat business; in addition to thousands more that are referrals. This does not make sense that a 71 year old would write a review here and not contact Better Business Bureau which is more reputable. In Conclusion the Ripoff is not a reputable website where all the reviews are true because anybody can leave a review including the unfair competitors.
