USA RV PARK Gene Donelly Unlawful, unfounded, Gestapo tactic, late-night eviction Gallup New Mexico

On or about 9/27/03, three of us (all adult)and our two dogs checked into this Rv Park for the night. We were pulling our trailer with a vehicle. We selected this park as it was indentified as a "Good Sam" park.

Having settled in some four hours earlier, we were taking our two (leashed) dogs for a walk in the appropriate (designated in writing by USA RV)dog walk and related area, prior to turning in for the night. It should be noted one of our dogs is a five-month old puppy, the other dog is completely blind.

Returning home, we were verbally accosted by the park owner, Gene Donelly, and accused of walking our dogs in an inappropriate area; Gene then continued to walk with us to our camp-site and loudly continued his unfounded tirade, threatening to evict us immediately. (It was now after 10:00PM). After he left our site, he returned with another employee to accuse us of lying on our registration form.

It is a FACT that the form was filled in by his own employee and any error is the fault of USA RV Park; not the guest. When confronted with the original form (showing clearly the duplicate in Gene's hand had "mysteriously" been tampered with...) Gene refused to apologize for his error and went ballistic, screaming and shouting an asssortment of lies, and eventually, even called the police to evict us.

Gene made a fraudulent call to 911, indicating one of us was drunk, one of us was violent("they backed me innto a corner"), and the other was "giving him lip". Officer Seciwa of the Gallup Police Department (a 14 year veteran) found that NONE of us were in any way drunk, violent or in any other way a threat. Accordingly, NO charges of ANY type were filed, despite Gene's blatant lies.

We are in receipt of written proof, from USA RV Park employees, showing we were EXACTLY where we were told (via employees handwriting)to be; we have written proof (original document)clearly showing we indentified the correct number of guests and animals.

Despite this, we were evicted after calmly asking Gene Donelly to indentify the source of his immature and unfounded (as verified by police)tirade. Shame on the Good Sam Club for allowing their good name to be soiled by this immature and rather bitter man. (We were charged a full nights fee even though we were only there a few hours.)

Avoid this park at all costs.
