USA Tire & Wheel Outlet Inc. Naden Aslam RIPDED ME OFF FOR $600 USD Sacramento, California

On 3/26/11 I was looking in the Lowrider magazine and found this company USA Tire & Wheel Outlet Inc. 866-844-8473 & request a quote for 22' chrome rims & tires.  This man who answered didn't provide his name but, stated the cost is $1100 plus $100 shipping total cost is $1200.   

After he quoted me this price I thought it was a good deal.  So I contact him back and asked how do I go about placing an order?  He said you can provide me the type of rims you want and one of two ways to go about the payment for the money. First option was to provide him with my credit card information to pay in full, second option was to Western Union half of the cost which was $600 & pay other half as a COD through UPS.  I also ask how long will it take to receive the rims & tires?  He stated 5 business days.

I then asked him how to send the money Western Union? He had a real pist off attitude as if I was bothering him.  He said I would have to fill out the green/yellow form for Western Union because the money is picked up by the owner then once the owner gotten the money they would ship out the rims & tires.  The name he gave was Nadem Aslam.  They said the city code on the form to use Dallas Texas.  But, I said if this is a company why wouldn't I Western Union the money to the USA Tire & Wheel Outlet?  He the man who never has given a name said this is what the owner wants and that's how it's set up with Western Union.  Once the money was sent to call him back.

So I sent the money to him Western Union $600 USD on 3/26/11 for next day pick up.  Called him back gave him the number to pick the money up, he took my name, address, number & e-mail address.  Said the rims & tires will arrive in 5 business days.  On Sunday 3/27/11 I called back him the man who gave no name said he gotten the money and he would send the rims & tires out on Monday 3/28/11.  But I wasn't understanding why he didn't provide anything to me by e-mail. 

So Monday 3/28/11 I called again he said it was to soon to do a tracking number on the shipment.  I called back again a lady answer the phone I was explaining to her about me sending the money & to check the status of my order but, she said hold on.  Next thing I know she put the man back on the phone I asked him was he playing games, did he take my money and run with it or what?  The man said from the company I don't have time for this s**t when the business opens to get the tracking number I will then provide it to you.  I don't understand who the business number he was waiting for to open up to get the track number?  Is it UPS?

On Tuesday 3/29/11 I called again the same man said they are going to ship to my home on 3/31/11 for COD $600.  I said okay but, still I don't have a tracking number?  The man said to me are you stupied or what don't I know how to use a computer?  I asked him if something was wrong with him?  Because I know how to use a computer but, currently didn't have a tracking number. 

At this point I figure I have been taken for my money because I've never gone through so much trouble like this.  On Wednesday 3/30/11 I keep calling him all day.  He said don't you EVER call me I'll call you with the tracking number.  So the evening of 3/30/11 the man now calls and says that actually the polished rims & tires that I wanted don't fit.

He said what he can do is provide me another wheel smiliar to what I wanted but it was going to be chrome & cost more money.  Which was a lie because I ordered the U2-35T 22' rims & tires chrome that is what I request.  He is now telling me all this a day before they were to arrive at my home on  3/31/11.  I request for my money back & he refused to provide me with my money back Western Union.  We began to argue on the phone & him swearing at me & told me I lost all my money. He HUNG up on me.  I didn't want to lose my $600 so I called him back & asked how much more money will it be. 

He said the total cost for COD by UPS will be $800 which should of been $600.  SO that I don't loose my $600 hard earn dollars I was willing to try to do this amount so he said in one hour I will give you this tracking number.  Instead he e-mailed a pic of the rim & tire & the tracking number seperate. 

I've contact UPS several times a day they don't have anything they said this order was placed electronic by the sender.   UPS doesn't currently have any shippment from this sender.  For me to contact the sender to see why he hasn't given them to UPS.  But the info of the tracking number he gave me says the COD is $920 USD.  UPS says if they ever get the shipment that I will have to provide them $920 USD not any less as he the man stated it would be only $800 COD.  SO, this company or man is trying to beat me for even more money.  As I start looking into this on the computer and find that this is a riped off, & scam my question is with complaints going back from 2004 from this Lowrider Magazine how are they even still in business as do subscriptions & this man or Company being advertised in this Magazine all these years & our stores in PA saling them as well.  I want my money refunded it back.
