USA TRACE THEY DON'T PROVIDE SERVICE & WON'T REFUND MONEY NATIONWIDE

I was trying to find someone who I wanted to serve with legal papers. When I used a search and couldn't find the person, a pop up ad appeared. silly me I thought they would be reliable.

They promised that if they didn't find the person you would get your money back. USA TRACE not only didn't provide the service they promised; they did not refund my money at my very first point I got wind that they were a ripoff!

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! They give you possible matches for the person, but the specs are very broad. You ask them to narrow the search, but then when your person is not found - they say that you aproved the "possible" matches and that is the service they provide.

I found out by speaking to the courts that really the only way to find someone is through property tax records. if you are trying to find someone who does not own property, DON'T use one of these people locators. Good luck.
