USA Voicemail has charged our home Alltel phone account for $12.95, for many months! We have never used or ordered this service. Months, ago we contacted Alltel and were given a 800#, and could not reach anyone to help with this. Alltel agreed to put a stop on any charges being allowed, and they stopped for 1 month. Received phone bill 2/23/06, and again another $12.95 charge is on the bill again!! This is absolutely ridiclous, this company owes us over 1 1/2 yrs. worth of charges. Mike, Dawsonville Georgia.
