Be careful of this company. USA2me.com www.usa2me.com . Their Security seal shows an origination date of 17-Jun-2005 and their website was registered on 14 Jan 2005.

They utilized content information off other websites:
Look at their rates section vrs www.usabox.com

Look for Australia in the Country Pull down

compared to:

Look at their Terms and Conditions vrs www.usabox.com, which has been in business since 1998. Yet again another copy job.

Look at their FAQ section vrs two other companies in the same field, which been around for longer:

Examples of stolen information:

USGlobalMail
22) find a local official, such as an attorney or bank official, who can provide a similar stamp.

USA2me.com:
you may find a local official such as an attorney or bank official who can provide a similar stamp.

Best of all:
http://www.usa2me.com/site/pgeInternationalMastercard.aspx

Complete violation of US Patriot Act, for US bank cards to be issued to non-US residents. They try and bend the rules, by using their address as the billing address. When requested to receive a copy of Terms and Conditions of this debitcard, they refused (you hiding something, that you can't provide that to a customer?). They do not indicate the possible violations on the customer's part to be caught violating the US Patriot Act, and their response is they are not issuing you the card, they just help you get it. If it is too good to be true, then you know there is a problem.

Ask for references and a track record, and they refuse to provide that information. You do a reverse search on google for "5715 Will Clayton" and you get only a couple listings. They claim all that track record on their website, but can't prove it. Could not find the company listed anywhere in Houston, and no information from the Better Business Bureau.

They list a shipping option for "mail only", which they utilize USPS Global Priority, which has a fixed rate of $9.00 for 1-4 pounds, their rate for 4 pounds for USPS Global Priority $45.92 - Try and get an explanation on this one.

They site all these references on their website which could not be verified:

http://www.usa2me.com/site/pgeTestimonials.aspx - They have a testimonial from a person from GE, which could not be verified within GE or that the person wrote that about their services.

http://www.usa2me.com/site/pgeCustomizedBusinessServices.aspx - They provided product fulfillment, we requested information on these, in the short time of being in operation, however this information was not provided.

* Fuel surcharges (determined by international couriers) MAY APPLY.

In discussions with Fed Ex and UPS, it was found out that the fuel surcharges are currently 10 to 13% and ARE APPLIED, therefore this would be added to the shipment total. Customer sees great shipping rates highlighted, and then this hidden charge.

Repacking (per Box) - Your share of the savings 50% 50% 50% 50% 50%

Looking at other companies shipment policies:
http://www.usglobalmail.com/prem.asp
Repackaging: $3 for boxes or $1.50 for letters and magazines.

Under USA2me.com, if your shipment totals $400, and they repack, and bring it down to $300, you would pay $50 extra ($400-$300 X 50%). With USGlobalMail, you would pay $3.00 for the repackage fee, if 1 box was used.

Before investing with their services, do some due dilligence, and find out how long they have really been in service.

#2 Consumer Comment

I am a satisfied consumer

AUTHOR: Lilliam - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 01, 2005

I have done business with this company on numerous occasions, and have always received excellent services, honest responses, and exactly what I was promised. I have no idea what happened to the person that submitted the complain, since he does not mention a specific problem, but instead, seems to criticize the fact that the business exists at all, and, I am not sure why, proceeds to refer you to other similar companies. However, in my experience, if he were to contact the management of USA2me, he would find them to be extremely helpful, honest and client oriented. It is regrettable that he has decided to discredit a company that I, and a number of my friends, have always found to be extremely helpful and honorable in its dealings, and has made my life simpler with the services they offer.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

USA2Me - A Legitimate and HONEST Company

AUTHOR: Raul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 31, 2005

USA2Me is a serious and legitimate US based company offering mail forwarding services to its customers. We are committed to resolve any customer dissatisfaction when one exists and we won't hesitate to issue refunds.

However, the problem with this report is that it does not contain any specific customer complaints to address but rather it's obvious that its purpose is to steer USA2Me's potential customers to the competition. In fact, we believe that the anonymous complainant (John from Madrid) has never used our services.

The complainant's main argument is that some of USA2Me's content, products and services have some similarity with those of the competition. This is to be expected, after all we are competitors, but to complain about it is just as absurd as McDonald's complaining that Burger King also offers burgers at or about the same price.

The complainant also suggests that our web site testimonials are not legitimate. This is completely untrue. USA2Me does have many satisfied customers and the testimonials on our web page are legitimate and reflect the opinion of our customers. To refute this, some of our customers have agreed to be verified by any impartial and professional organization or by a potential customer with bona fide intentions. This customer's includes a GE executive (the same one that the complainant claims does not exist), a former NYC high level government official, and the CEO of a manufacturing company who uses our product fulfillment services.

Our rates and prices are very competitive and our plans are in line with the industry standards. The mail only plan includes the mailbox rental plus one free 4 lb shipment for only $19.99 per month. Additional shipments would be charged at $15.99 (for the first 4 lbs). Not at $45.00 as the complainant claims.

USA2Me stands behind its offering and services and would NEVER do anything against the law or against best business practices as suggested by the complainant. USA2Me has never sent (and never will send) a debit card outside the USA in violation of any law.

As proof to our commitment to customer service our CEO, Raul Elorduy, has agreed to publish his personal information so that potential customers can verify any information or address any concerns. His phone number is (281) 361-7200. Raul is a Stanford University graduate, he is happily married, a father of 4, and lives near Houston, Texas. You may also reach him by email at info@usa2me.com.
