USAA logistics CO American Logistics CO Rip-off Riverside, Connecticut

It happen when i was trying to send my car home. This company, USAA logistics, which i have found on the internet. They had the lowest price so i decided to choose them. After doing the contract on 12/09/2011 i gave them $700 to send the car from DE to TX. My contracted stated, approx date for car pick up is December 21/22 but when i called they said that they don't know any drivers might want the job since its near Christmas time. I said ok, but just call me if it cant be done. Never got a call. I called on the day of but no one answer finally after the 10th time calling they answered. they basically said sorry no one can do it , i said ok fine i will cancel my contract. I read the contract about terminating the contract on the day of, which i was fine to hand over $250 for fees. But the real problem is that i haven't recieve any of my other money back. Its now 4/20/2012 and am still trying to get it back. Apparently they change name and number and address.
