Warning to all who are must file bankruptcy and don't have the cash to hire an attorney! 

USABankruptcy.com promises you the moon and the stars, but don't be fooled.  They will not respond to your emails with questions.  There is nothing on the web site on how to contact them (should have been a red flag for me).

The documents were filled out half way and in error.  I had to go on the court web site and refile several schedules because they would not respond to my emails, and my hearing is approaching quickly.

I have a feeling you can forget about getting your money back if your bankruptcy is dismissed.  So do your research and make sure your documents are correct.  But my advice is to use another comopany and investigate that company first.

I did find the address and hopefully it will be posted with this statement.  I think anyone who was ripped off by this company should file a complaint with the FCC for internet fraud.

Also beware --- they don't tell you that a money exchange fee is charged to your account.
