USA Credit tried twice to collect funds of $149.95 from my savings account without my knowledge or consent. Since I only had the minimum balance in my account of $5.00, they were unable to receive the funds.
My Credit Union charged me the fee of $20.00 each time USA Credit tried to collect funds. Therefore, even though this company wasn't able to get money out of my account, they still cost me $40.00.
I truly believe that this is not even a legitimate company, but a fraudulent one that was set up for some individual to rake in a lot of money at the expense of unknowing persons. There has to be a way to stop this!
I fully intend to take Ripoff Report's advice and go to my bank to try to get this fixed. I have confidence that they will return the NSF fees to my account.
All the people that this "Company" has defrauded need to stick together and try to stop it as soon as possible. If anyone has learned anything about USA Credit's location or other information and perhaps started a Class Action Suit, I would like to learn of it.
