My name is Rui and i'm from Portugal.

My application is nr: 135788559.

I was also ripped by these company. They lead me to buy a 4 year subscritpion on the lottery Green Card over the phone. They said it was very fast and easy.
After more then 2 weeks without submiting my application, the last reason was the photo which was sent, i decided to give up and don't loose any more time.
Requested a refund and it was denied.
They said they can send me some DVD or start an emmigration program in Australia instead but won't refund me. 
Why would i want a DVD to learn english or something else?!
Even if they had to keep one year subscription they should at least refund the other 3 years but not even that.

Be very carefull. 
They seem very polite and friendly here when they come to answer some of the complaints but they will ripp you off. Once they get paid that's it...
Look at what a lot of people here are saying and don't be a fool like me.
